Kristen Letchworth is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, based in the Winter Park office. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, she brings a refined, service-driven approach to her real estate practice, supported by a strong academic and professional foundation. Kristen earned a Master of Science in entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, with a minor in education, from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Before transitioning into real estate, Kristen built a successful career as an educator and education administrator in Florida, California and Arkansas. This experience shaped her philosophy of service leadership, emphasizing thoughtful inquiry, clear communication and a commitment to guiding buyers and sellers toward informed, confident decisions. Since returning to her hometown, she has gained valuable real estate experience with Keller Williams Winter Park and Urban Perch - A Boutique Home Builder, where she served buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central Florida.

Kristen's early success in the industry was recognized with the Rookie of the Year award in 2024 at her first brokerage. She is a member of the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association and is known for her professionalism, attention to detail and customer-focused approach.

Outside of real estate, Kristen enjoys exploring Central Florida's parks, lakes and beaches, as well as discovering new culinary experiences with family and friends.
